My dad taught me one of the most important things about parenting, never give up on your kids, continue to love them as they make mistakes and pray for their safe passage through life. He raised six hell-raising boys and one goody girl as a buffer. He never gave up on any of us. My dad was a great father and the best grandfather anyone could ever want. My dad died today, and I already miss him; but he was surrounded by all of his children and so died a happy death. Please pray for my family and for all families who have lost their dad. peace and love to all |
