My wife took my son Alexander on a family vacation from our home in Colorado to introduce him to the extended family in New York. He was only four months old. They were to return on December 10, 2004 and they never did. They were to return on January 15, 2005 and never did. She filed for divorce after that. I only saw my son on two occasions since then, one in March and for his birthday in June. She had it planned for a long time before they left. She has cut off all contact now, even against the court orders. She has a history of violence, anger management problems and depression. Please pray that my son is safe. I love him and miss him beyond description. Please God bring him back to me where he can be happy, loved and be safe. Please pray for him. |

If you haven't taken legal action, do it now. File for emergency custody. Today. The longer you wait the harder it will be. Not only that, but you will not get to see your son and you will pay child support in addition to that if you don't fight for your rights, right now. |

The last I knew they were in Endicott New York and I have taken Legal action here in Colorado and have answered her legal actions from New York. I am taking action here in Colorado, which has jurisdiction over this case, and I hope that I will get emergency custody of my son. We have a court order about temporary custody but she has not gone along with it. Thank you for your prayers. |
