My ex called today to tell me he's got 30 days left of his job probation... and then he's fired if his performance isn't flawless.

With me not working, and depending on every single dime of support I get, this is blowing my mind. I am just numb with stress.

This would be the third time in 3 years he has been fired. I'm trying not to borrow trouble, but I just think it's going to happen again. He's had some issues with getting along with people he works with and I think his boss has just had enough.

I look for work so hard my head feels like it's going to explode. Richard-- I called about the telemarketing job... she said they have no openings.

I am cancelling unnecessary things... gym membership, piano lessons. I guess cable and long distance will be the next to go.

It is so scary to know we have no where to turn... no family to stay with, nothing. I look at the hurricane victims and, although this is a different kind of storm, I can relate.

When will the ground under us stop shaking? Please say prayers for us.

Can you get temporary assistance from the government?
It can get really scary when money becomes an issue.

I am always told things get better when we learn to rely on HIM and not ourselves and wehn we are stressing out we are obviously not relying on him but on our own means. I am not very good at laying it all before him and trusting things will work out how he wants, I always try to reason that I am only trying to open doors, well I am learning I am not a lock smith.

if this helps, the girls said the best way to get info about jobs at IGT is the web site, never know maybe it's time to go back home http://www.igt.com
good luck I will keep you in my thoughts. Erica
