So today Lex went and got her hair done, she had it dyed black with brown highlights, I was of course hesitent. BUt, told her last year if she remained on honor roll and stayed out of trouble, plus kept up with chores and merit at school she would be allowed to do it. To my surprise it looks great, I'll post a pic tomorrow. SO we show up at her cousin's base ball game he is 12 and he take on look at her hair and freaks out with her. I can't believe you did that why would you do that. Boy stuff, totally not understanding, it's hair it will grow out or umm she can dye it back to brown. LEx looks at him tells him 1st you are not a teenager so your opinion does not count. 2nd you are a boy and well we have seen you fathers fashion sence 3rd you wear a baseball hat every day 4th your moms dyes her hair and 5th I just don't care what you think I am beautiful and you are to immature to know that! Well he walked away confused and was scared to talk to her the rest of the night, especially since the rest of the bb team was following her around. |
