I need help with this. My ex husband was in a car accident more than 3 years ago. He has been getting workmens comp. He has paid his support. He has just won the law suit in this case, he wont tell me how much but he has bought a brand new car and house in cash. He said that if I take him back to court for more money thay would lower it and the money he has won would not be calculated. what is true? |
