So I got a letter in the mail telling me I have a court date next month..... Looks like my son's scumbag father wants to court to remove him from paying child support because he has 4 other kids at home that he needs to provide for!!! My son is 13 years old and in the past 13 years he has done NOTHING! No birthday visit, no Christmas present/visit no nothing.... Think its possible for the court to remove him or lower the amount he currently pays? I get aprox $145 bi-weekly. |
