when I came back from Qatar in 2004, my x wife had left the month before i came back with my kids to england. Her new husband is military. I didnt sign any passports to take them out of the country.. she said there was nothning i could do about it because it said in our decree (without restriction) she is allowed to decide where they live.. but does this include england.. she was supposed to come back to the states this year and decided to move on to Germany. she has not sent them home not once. i havent seen my kids in 3 years and now that she is in germany for the next four my son will be a growm man when he returns.. i wouldnt think that she could take the out of the country with out my concent on a passport or the court order being lifted... has anyone been through this? needing help thanks! |

tough spot, and life is short, they will grow why don't you go and see them and become a part of their lives? |
