Just was wondering if anyone else has dealt with this before. Just recently I moved from the county from which my divorce was done and now that I moved I was trying to figure out if the rules of my divorce stay the same as far as who has to pick the kids up for weekend visitation. Do I have to come to her residence to pick them up after her weekend is over or is she still responsible for picking them up on Fri. by 6p.m. and back on Sun. by 6p.m.

I dont know what state you are in.. and rules change form state to state.. I know that in Texas the "moving party" is responsible for extra costs and time incurred because of their decision to move.

You can google it.... like i did..

(ex.. texas child visitation)
you can place the name of your state in the place of Texas and web search.

All times are CT
