I have found my ex's name on 2 corporations in another state where he lives. I have found proof that one of the corporations grossed $750K. This corporation has a duns & bradstreet #. How do I find out if he had any capital gains? He tells me that he has been uunemployed most of the last year and has had to borrow money to pay the child support he is ordered to pay (which is based on incorrect data as it is). Since the cs order he has left the state. I wanted to refile to correct this; however how do I prove his earnings from these companies OR report to the IRS that he is not claiming the income? in Arizona |
