Hi everyone, I am new here and this is my first posting. I NEED to sue the father of my daughter. We live in north Carolina in my son’s house. I DO NOT HAVE ANY MONEY TO DODA I ONLY Have $ 40O.OO. THE LAWYER is charging almost $ 3000, 00 to star the case.

1- I NEED TO PAY PATERNITY TES, THE MISERABLE DENAY PATERNITY
2-THISM MEN LIVE IN FLORIDA.
3-HE HAS NEVER HAD PAID ANY SUPPORT IN 11 YEARS.

My question is.: How can I sue this man?

I did not even want have sex with this person. I was his roomette and he makes me to do it, I did not want to call the police because he intimidated me.
Please we need help; we need that somebody out there be touched for the Creator and answer my question.

Since, I has being getting public help the state had sued him but he seams that he just say is no the father, then the state close the case, and he does not care.

Confused?
I don't understand why you "NEED" to sue him.
Proving paternity will only give him rights to your daughter. If he raped you, then he is a sex-offender. It is your duty to protect your daughter from this man. Don't let him anywhere near her. She is at a very fragile age. The Creator has blessed you by allowing the sate to dismiss the case.
You have been receiving state assistance and surviving with her for the last 11 years. What has changed? Is the state now denying you assistance? I don't know how assistance works in North Carolina. Here in Arizona, not being able to prove paternity would not deny you assistance. Please clarify...maybe someone can help.
