this is something i wondered about from time to time, but because there have been more seriosu issues i never hassled with it. to get the amount of cs raised do you have to go to court? or is there an informal way to do that? I have had enough of court for a lifetime..and can't afford more attorney stuff. i wish that he was someone who would just pay a decent amount on his own without it being a formal court order..i tried to get him to send a check for x amount, that i think is fair to our daughter, and not too much for him... uggh, bless his heart, i feel bad for him in soem ways..but so frustrated at the same time. He is still the same now as he was 20 yrs ago, lives like a bachelor, doesnt understand why it's important to budget and save money, he just wants to like a littel kid, when he gets his check go spend and have fun, get a giant tv, get a new watch, he is very immature in that way..and i'm scared our dd will get little help from him for college and stuff..he is too much a kid at heart, she is more mature than he is overall I would say,..yikes! |
