I have a couple questions that I would appreciate any feedback for... First, if I take my son's father in for CS, will the other CS case he is paying on get reviewed as well? Second, if the CP wants a modification in CS, does the NCP HAVE to be served with papers? If the NCP can't be located to "serve" what happens? |
