My ex we were not married, we were togther for 11 years and have 2 children, Anyway we live about a 1/4 of a mile away, and kids go to there dads whenever they want, he remarried and i stay home and takecare of my 83 year old grandfather and kids, my question is, i took him to court for child support and they started to garnish his wages, he was so upset he egged my home, and i called police but while the policce were here he keeped calling me and threating me and said he was going to kill me, the police did not take that lightly, and took him to jail, i want to know if they will put him in jail again or just probation, i was never scared of him, he was just mad, he is good with kids and has a good job, if he goes to jail i will not get child support, can they put him in jail? or just give him probation, i didnt press charges the police did, like i said he has a good job and sees his kids often, and since child support garnishes his wages we get along great. Thanks |

darcip, sorry noone replied...i know this was a while ago, but i just saw your post so i am answering it now..hope by now your situation is better and he is not bullying you anymore. I feel like he needs to go to jail if he dos those things, just to teach him that it's ot ok to do that...it doesnt matter if he has a good job or is good with kids. It's not ok to threaten you...also, when he scares you like that, that is very bad for the kids, so, that's not really being a good dad..hope it's gotten better though since you posted last July!! take care |
