MY EX WIFE IS COURT ORDERED TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT AND HAS NOT PAID IN OVER 3 THREES. I HAVE HELD HER IN CONTEMPT 2 TIMES AND NOTHING IS EVER DONE. SHE IS ONLY ORDERED TO PAY $20 A WEEK AND SHE CAN'T EVEN DO THAT. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THERE IS ANY WAY FOR ME TO FIND OUT HOW MUCH MONEY SHE MAKES, SO I CAN HAVE HER CHILD SUPPORT INCREASED THE NEXT TIME I GO TO COURT.

If she works for cash, you can have a PI follow her and get pics of her working. If you take her back to court, she will have to provide the court with pay stubs from the last three months.

Just because you have it increased doesn't mean she'll pay you. My ex is $200 away from owing $30,000. I feel for you, man. I'm there with you.

Why don't you tell us all about your kids? How many do you have? Boys or girls? How old? Do they see their mom?

my daughter is 12 and in 11 years my ex has paid 11 times! I feel for ya. He is over 50,000 in abck child support, oh and that is with out the interest that get accreud. The Da jsut calles to tell me "He seems to have been lost". What does that mean, how do you lose and person with a social security number and drivers liscense??? Anyways, good luck, but and icrease will not make her pay.

How do you collect support if the husband left the country and you do not have his address?

Also, if you find out the address would you file for support here or in the country of his residence?
