Bertha Belch, a missionary from africa, will be speaking tonite at calvary methodist. Come hear Bertha Belch all the way from africa. Dont let worry kill u - let the church help. Thursday nite - potluck supper. Prayer & medication 2 follow. For those of u who have children & dont know it, we have a nursery down stairs. Tues. at 4 pm there will be an ice cream social. All ladies giving milk will please come early. This being Easter Sunday, we will ask Mrs. lewis to come forward & lay an egg on the alter. Next sunday a special donation will be taken to defray the cost of the new carpet. All those wishing to do something on the new carpet will come forward and do so. A bean supper will be held on tues. evening in the church hall. Music will follow. The fasting & prayer conference includes meals. The sermon this morning: 'Jesus walks on water.' Tell me what u think. |
