Good Morning Everyone! I saw The Passion last night. WOW...an incredible movie. What controversy this movie has evoked! I kept my eyes closed through much of the violence...just couldn't bare it, but the movie was powerful and so very touching. I was wondering if any one has seen the movie or plans to. The entire evening of show times were sold out. I was in a very large packed theatre. The first movie I ever attended that you didn't hear a soul munching on popcorn! Very loud applause at the end. Talk to you all soon! Marilyn |

Hi Marilyn, I'm planning on seeing the movie, but not sure when I'll get around to it yet. There's been some controversy with some Jewish people I heard on the news last night. Did you see how it could stir that up? I'm looking forward to seeing it. By the way, how is Jesse? Is he all healed up and doing well? Jamie |

Hi Jamie...Anti-Semitism? Not at all, quite the contrary the movie portrayed the incredible love the Jewish people had for Christ. Honestly, I don't even understand how people came to such conclusions. It's hard to say, you'll enjoy this movie for it's just not that kind of movie. It's painful to watch yet incredibly moving and touching. It is a "must see" in my book. Thanks for asking about Jesse. He went back to school yesterday and he's doing just great! His breathing at nighttime is so much better and he actually sounds like a different child. How are your boys? Sounds like Clay has made real strides in school. That's wonderful! Hope Larry is good too. Take good care of all of you...Marilyn |

The first report I heard on the movie was in agreement with your opinion. That's why I was surprised to see some people so offended on the news report I spoke of. One Jewish woman was so angry, she was in tears after seeing the movie. Anyway, I'm looking forward to it. As I write this message, Clay is studying Biology and Govt. in the kitchen...praise God! He's working to get himself organized and I'm very happy about this. He has a lot of work ahead of him though. Continued prayer is so needed. He goes to court for his speeding ticket Wednesday - that sounds so awful! I've learned that several other boys in our town have been picked up by the same policeman and have had to go to court. I just got home from my night class awhile ago and find sitting at my computer much more relaxing. I can't wait until I graduate in August!! I'm so excited about simplifying my life. Things are so busy, it's crazy. I'll be seeing Larry this weekend and am so looking forward to it. Zach (my youngest) is even going to an event in Columbus with us called Drum Daze. I'm SO happy about that. Larry plays drums in a band and trumpet in another and Zach has recently taken up drumming. Larry is such a good example for him. Clay is friendly toward Larry but won't let it go any further. Have a great weekend! Jamie |
