I'll admit it... I'm overweight. I decided awhile ago that whatever I didnt like about me I'd change. Finally I got to this. I've just joined Weight Watchers and I've lost 12 lbs so far. I feel great. I can tell the difference even if no one else can. Since my divorce I've become a new person. I guess I'm thankful for that, just sorry it had to come about in such a heart breaking way. I'm just proud of me today and wanted to say so. |

Sorry it's taken so long, but YAY! That's great. How are you doing now? I'm in the same boat, but struggling to lose still. I have some deep-seated issues that I need to shed some light on, or just say the hell with it and get started! |
