posted 07-21-2008 01:06 AM          The mother of the children was incarcerated. She has 2 felony convictions and 2 domestic violence convictions. One of the children was admitted to the emergency room for a fracture and abrasions to the foot. Mother claims the child fell down the stairs while going outside wearing socks and shoes. Social services did an investigation 4 months later but sealed it and no one not even attorneys can see it. http://southdakotagov.info/5.html Courts are so corrupt.
