I have a two year old son that I've raised on my own. I haven't heard from the father that is until last summer when he requested a paternity test from prison. The test proved he was the father. Now I'm scared that he's going to fight for rights. He's 40 years old and has been in and out of prison his whole life. I've contacted a lawyer to terminate his parental rights. The thought of my son being around him scares me to death. Please give me any helpful advice. Thanks! ------------------ |
