So I started a relationship with a married co-worker about a a year ago.She said she was going threw a divorce and her husband had moved out.So I moved in with here and we started having a relationship. She got pregnant and said it was mine and then three weeks later told me it was here husbands baby. Her husband has had a vacectimy so I found this very hard to believe. But there was really nothing I could do at that time but wait until the baby was born and get a paternity test.Which I did and it came back that it was mine.So she said she was really sorry about everything and that she wanted to have a relationship.Once again she said she was divorcing her husband,so we moved into this big new house together.I know this sounds stupid to do a second time but I really wanted to be with my new son.Well know a month has passed and she says she is confussed and doesnt know what she wants. So we are know sleeping in different bedrooms. At least my son is still her but she treats him as if he is her property and I should feel lucky to get to see him.She doesnt pay a dime to live her and I do not know what to do.Let her stay kick her out or what.I have a laywer who started a paternity case to establish paternity, but I did not follow threw with the parenting plan against my attorneys advice.Know I do not have the money to rehire the laywer until December to develop a paternity plan. She says she will cooperate and let me see my son and do a parenting plan but I have zero trust in her.Iam totally confussed and fustrated, angry and scared. Can anyone help.
