Am I entitled to child suport if my ex has my daughter half the time? I've never taken him to court, and she's three. But he makes like 60,000 a month, to my 35,000 a year! I don't know if I would win in court? I don't really have the funds for a lawyer and he always threatens me that if I take him to court, he will go for full custody and he will win because he has all the money in the world for lawyers and whatever else! I don't know, but with him making that much money I'd sure be checking in this. |

yes you are entitled to support. i would check with a lawyer about this |
