I do need to do something to get more people involved. It comes and goes. I actually had to restrict membership for about two weeks becuase spammers were getting in.

My ex did loses both his jobs and hasnt felt like getting a new job since November, so no child support. He is currently vacationing in the dominican republic, and I dont really care.

I finished my masters. I did have to file for bankruptcy, but that was the price in order to be able to finish.

I have a new weekend job working at a residential school for children with disabilities.

I have a new weekday job in a classroom for children with emotional problems. I am going to start applying for teaching positions in the next month so I can have my own classroom.

My son is still a pain in the butt!!

But things are looking up

I am also doing a lot with my reiki and I started taking Qigong.

I am having the dating problems myself. My daughter was away with her father and got sick. She called me to say she was coming home early and called me when she landed in Florida and called me when she landed in Boston and I was running around fixing things in her room to get ready and I found this cute little hand made box sitting on her bookshelf. I opened it and it was from her boyfriend and it had condoms in it. We had to have a talk. She claims NOW that he didnt give them to her. She was just hiding them in there. I have never snooped in her room, but I do now. After New Years Eve I found a full bottle of Heinikin if you can believe it. I am going to monitor things and if it gets to be to over the line I will say something.

life here has taken over everything..

Parents have been very ill, life threatening.

Am running my own company plus two other jobs, daughter has just turned 16 omg, and i feel very old..

Still not dating, daughter is, not good.lol.

Long time no see! I have read a little here and there-- every couple of months or so, but haven't been on the computer at home much at all since starting my job a year ago where I'm in front of a screen reviewing documents all day long. I don't even want to sit down when I get home, much less sit in front of the computer again!

You guys all sound great... everyone's just plugging along, doing their best, one day at a time

I'm happy to say that my daughter is becoming a really neat young woman (17 next month). She studies hard, stays out of trouble, wants very badly to get through her teen years with the fewest regrets possible (that was what I tried so hard to instill). We dealt with some difficult situations last summer, but she's doing well now.

I find I'm falling in love with the long-distance guy I posted about a couple of years ago. The feeling appears mutual and is growing. We're trying to figure out how to get closer... who would move, etc. He's flying out to visit in a couple of weeks.

Above all, my faith in God just gets stronger. I am happier and more resilient than ever simply with that knowledge and security.

I miss you guys and will try to visit more often. Group hug....

We moved from DC to VA, just 10 miles outside the city, little no wait alot quieter!
Got sick of whining about my weight so I joined a gym and JEnny craig 5 weeks ago and 15 pounds less of me! YAY!!!!!!
Lexie is doing great, hates her highschool and wants to mainstream at the public highschool near us. SHe is on the honor roll for the 10 straight semseter. She is still playing basketball and every other sport under the sun. She was going to prom but since it was her bf's prom and shes only a freshman, she dumped him for flirting with another girl so I guess the dress shoes and everything else will sit in her closet. Well maybe she'll get to use them for her sweet 16 this fall.

Trying to find a good church around us, so that has been a struggle, but finally feeling closer even with out going ot church on my personal walk with God, finally able to just let him handle things and things have started turning around , hopefully new job and everything will also fall into place.

Well it's getting late just got home from the gym and need to eat.
Miss talking to everyone, hope I can get on more often
