My ex ( her dad) called one day left a vulgar message regarding a bill I sent him to help one- a message she heard. The next day he left another message, saying he broke up with his girlfriend it would a while before he contacted us, crying at the end. She heard that one too.His number was disconnected since december 27th- in case of emergency I had no way to get a hold of him. His friend left a message on the girlfriend's cell phone - not returned.
We were driving thru his town two days ago and made a detour by their apartment. Someone else lives there now. So we went by the girlfriend's business and my daughter asked her- if she knew how to get in contact with her dad. She said she didn;t know but she would try. Two minutes later my cell phone rings. He tells our daughter he moved but he wasn't ready to give out the address or number yet. He told he would call her next week for visitation. Apparently they both move out together somewhere.
I am not comfortable sending her on visits with her dad if I don't have a way to contact him or even know where she will be. It says in the divorce papers, he is supposed to give me the exact phone number and address where he can be reached.
So why did that not happen?
