Over the years that I have been involved in cultural exchange I have had many single parents host a student. It is a way for American children to learn about other cultures and countries. It encourages children and teens from single parents homes to make a lasting bond with a host sister or brother and gives them a chance to find out what life is like in another part of the world. For single parents it is a way to invest in your childs future and expand their minds. I would be happy to discuss being a host parent or visit the website of www.nwse.com |
